Nail Technician Job Requirements
Our Nail Technicians are responsible for providing professional manicures and pedicures. The provider is responsible for conducting a professional intake dialog with the client to assess indications and contraindications and provide treatment accordingly.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must have current valid Texas State license and be in good standing
- Must be effective in written and verbal exchange
- Must be proficient in all manicure, pedicure and acrylic applications.
- Intermediate level math skills required
Essential Skills:
- Willing to identify and address opportunities for improvement
- Must be able to perform duties within a set time frame
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, addressing problems and offering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations
- Must be able to focus attention on details
- Will need to maintain confidentiality of all guest and business information
- Must work as part of a team
- Flexibility in schedule
Massage Therapist Job Requirements
Therapist needs to be able to do the following:
Swedish
Deep Tissue
Pregnancy
Sports
Body Treatments (we will train)
Therapist needs to be outgoing and confident. Therapist will be expected to interact with the client in order to upgrade services and sell spa products.
This position is paid on a commission pay-scale for both the services and the products.
Essential Job Skills:
- Must understand the objectives, practices, and standards of massage therapy
- Ability to perform physical assessment for treatment
- Knowledge of proper therapy methods
- Knowledge of proper draping techniques
- Must possess the physical strength required to perform massage therapy
